Rabbi Zvi and Chayale Hershcovich
Chayale holds a B.A. in Human Relations and spent five years working in organizational development before transitioning into fundraising and campaign strategy. Over the past decade, she has led and supported a wide range of successful campaigns, bringing a unique blend of structure, vision, and emotional intelligence to her work.
Currently serving as Director of Development at Chabad at Penn, Chayale is known for her strong organizational skills, big-picture thinking, and deep understanding of the psychology behind effective campaigns. Her strategic approach, combined with genuine enthusiasm and sensitivity to people and process, has consistently driven meaningful results.
Chayale and Zvi live in Bala Cynwyd with their seven children and have run over 30 successful campaigns.
Zvi is a teacher, creative writer, and accomplished screenwriter, with work featured across platforms such as Toveedo, Maor, and other educational and media organizations. With over a decade of experience as a marketing director, he has developed a reputation for bold, creative thinking and a strong ability to translate ideas into compelling visual and narrative content.
Zvi specializes in crafting messaging that resonates, whether through graphic design, campaign concepts, or scripts for promotional films. His out-of-the-box approach and creative vision bring campaigns to life, engaging audiences in ways that are both meaningful and memorable.
